Description
The role is a hybrid IT Technical Lead responsible for leading a team of nine colleagues while remaining hands-on with technical work. Responsibilities include technical and disciplinary leadership, workload and ticket management, customer project leadership, infrastructure and security consulting, solution design, customer support, and process development. The position is based in Bochum, Iserlohn, or Lüdenscheid, starts immediately, and requires an IT qualification, several years of experience in an IT services environment, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, firewalling, and Veeam, German C1 communication, and a Class B driver’s license.
