CRUX is hiring an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) in Chennai for a work-from-office role with two rotational shifts. The position provides L1/L2 technical support, troubleshoots hardware, software, systems, and basic network issues, maintains support records, escalates complex problems, and supports customer communication, inside sales, lead generation, Go-To-Market, and business development activities.
