Deringer is hiring a hybrid IT Support Specialist for its corporate office in St. Albans, Vermont. The role provides help desk and technical support, installs and maintains computers, networks, telecommunications devices, and peripherals, manages PC images and patching, reviews security and backup logs, and maintains IT equipment inventory. Candidates need at least two years of IT support experience, Microsoft Office Suite support experience, network monitoring knowledge, and familiarity with IT asset management; an associate degree in Personal Computing is preferred. The position requires on-site work at least three days per week, includes a mandatory on-call rotation, and pays $21.00 to $28.00 per hour.
