The IT Technician will analyze and resolve hardware and software issues, prepare and repair used hardware for resale, develop test routines, document and install software and licenses, monitor incoming and outgoing goods, and support the logistics team. The role requires vocational training in IT, electronics, or a comparable field, initial practical experience, and familiarity with networking technologies, LAN devices, DSL, and brands such as Cisco, HP, Juniper, and Fortinet.
