DATAMARK, Inc. is hiring an IT Technician to provide Level 2 triage and onsite support for systems, networks, and telecommunications; install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and hardware; manage spare parts; train users; and support moderately complex applications. The role requires desktop support, hardware and software installation, network fundamentals, Windows experience, remote support, and component-level troubleshooting, along with an associate’s or technical degree or equivalent experience and at least two years in an IT Technician or equivalent role.
