Description
The IT Technician will maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment, install and test workstations, diagnose and replace hardware problems, troubleshoot network and line-of-business program issues, organize physical hardware, and support IT department organization and cleanup. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking and self-management, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
