Description
The IT Technician will install, maintain, and repair hardware and software at customer sites; set up and support workstations, servers, and networks; handle technical support requests; diagnose issues; document work; and provide on-site and remote customer support in Hamburg, Rendsburg, and occasionally the surrounding area. The role requires completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification, ideally experience with Microsoft 365, Apple systems, and networks, along with a Class B driver’s license and good German language skills.
