SUMALEX IT-Services GmbH is hiring an IT Technician to support and manage small and medium-sized business IT environments remotely and on-site. The role covers Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, servers, networks, Active Directory, backup, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, documentation, customer projects, migrations, modernization, open-source solutions, and security and monitoring. Candidates need completed IT training or comparable practical experience, customer-facing communication skills, a driver’s license class B, and the ability to work independently and learn new technologies. The position is predominantly based in the Mannheim, Rastatt, and surrounding region.
