Intelligent Technical Solutions is hiring a Technician II to provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot workstations, printers, applications, servers, and networks, and handle Quick Fix client calls. The role requires full-time on-site availability, at least two years of helpdesk or similar experience, Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle. Compensation is $25.30 to $33.50 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
