Agnico Eagle is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees and operational personnel at its Detour Lake underground mine. The role involves supporting workstations, laptops, applications, user accounts, printers, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure; installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and monitoring equipment; coordinating with mine systems, communications, process control, and operational teams; and maintaining technical documentation. The position requires underground access, travel, adherence to site safety procedures, and a 14-day work followed by 14-day transportation and rest rotation. A college diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least one to two years of relevant IT support experience, and mining or industrial networking experience are required.
