Agnico Eagle is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the Detour Lake underground mining operation. The role covers workstations, laptops, tablets, applications, user accounts, printers, peripherals, network connectivity, infrastructure troubleshooting, asset documentation, deployments, maintenance, and incident response. The position requires access to underground work areas, travel, and compliance with mining safety and environmental requirements, with a 14-day work followed by 14 days of transportation and rest schedule.
