Rocket Software is hiring an IT Technology Enablement Specialist for its End User Experience Team to provide senior-level technology support to the Executive Leadership Team and enable employees to use Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications. The role combines white-glove executive support, complex troubleshooting, executive coaching, training design and delivery, training needs analysis, adoption monitoring, and collaboration with IT, Security, and business teams. It requires significant enterprise IT support or technology enablement experience, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows/macOS expertise, and the ability to communicate technology clearly to non-technical audiences.
