Mercer is seeking a highly talented student for a supervised academic internship at its Madrid office. The intern will collaborate with development and business teams, support manual test-case design and execution, participate in regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing, track defects, and contribute to QA process improvements. The role requires STEM-related education, knowledge of software development and testing principles, basic programming, Microsoft Office proficiency, and B2 English; JIRA, APIs, and mobile application testing are optional. The internship follows Marsh's hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
