Description
Ecolab is hiring an IT Trainee to support its IT team in Sant Joan Despi, Barcelona. The role provides user support, troubleshoots and resolves incidents, performs root-cause and change analysis, supports hardware and software requests, implements systems, and coordinates with IT, global support, partners, and vendors. The position requires a relevant degree, Spanish and English fluency, Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. It is a 12-month contract with 40 hours per week, daily office attendance from 9 AM to 6 PM, and a start date as soon as possible.
