YoungCapital NEXT is hiring a full-time Data Trainee for a nationwide traineeship. The role begins with an intensive one-month bootcamp and role-related IT certifications, followed by practical work on projects at leading organizations, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in coaching and development programs. Candidates need a completed HBO or university degree in an IT or related exact-sciences field, excellent Dutch, a passion for technology, and interest in data analysis or data engineering. The position pays €2,800–€3,200 gross per month and requires 32–40 hours per week.
