CACI is hiring a full-time, on-site IT Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise-level technology transformation and AI initiatives for a government CIO. The role manages complex modernization and task-order programs, applies hybrid Waterfall/SAFe Agile and other methodologies, establishes AI governance and product-management practices, oversees governance and risk, develops transformation playbooks and improvement roadmaps, and supervises program staff. The position is based in Washington, DC or National Harbor, Maryland, requires a DHS EOD Suitability Clearance, 15 years of related experience including federal contract program management, and offers a proposed salary of $95,500-$210,100.
