Description
The role manages and delivers IT transformation programs and projects, overseeing scope, resources, risks, change control, governance, monitoring, stakeholder and vendor relationships, benefits realization, and process improvement. It requires 10–15 years of relevant IT transformation experience, including 5 years of project management and 3–5 years delivering large, complex integrated customer-facing systems, along with experience in partner and vendor management, outsourcing, and IT application development. A bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent master’s degree in technology is advantageous, and PMP or Prince 2 certification is listed.
