ClearCaptions is hiring an IT Vendor Manager to lead the IT Vendor Relations Managers team and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party vendor relationships, including onboarding, governance, performance management, contract and commercial oversight, financial tracking, and offboarding. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT Directors, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure vendor accountability, cost transparency, risk management, and alignment with company priorities. It is a 100% remote position reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product & Business Analysis, with a salary of $120,000 to $132,000 plus a 10% bonus.
