Description
The IT Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer supports the Firm’s endpoint and virtual desktop platforms, focusing on cloud-hosted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The role involves implementing, operating, and validating standardized configurations to ensure a consistent, secure, and high-performing digital experience. Key responsibilities include executing daily engineering tasks like provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle updates, assisting with application packaging and deployment, participating in patch cycles, and managing policy-based configuration controls. Quality assurance, troubleshooting, reporting, and incident response are also critical aspects of the role.
