Description
The IT Workstation Support Intern will assist the IT team with workstation hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC client issues, supporting workstation hardware and OS upgrades, coordinating with the IT Service Desk, documenting procedures and tickets, and providing end-user support. The role requires a current sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree, hands-on Microsoft Windows and Office experience, SCCM and Ivanti knowledge, and familiarity with Dell Optiplex and IBM/Lenovo hardware. The internship is based in West Trenton, New Jersey, and pays $21–$25, with a starting rate of $21.
