Description
The ITAD Operations Associate will own the financial reconciliation and settlement workflow for IT asset disposition, including partner revenue and deposit matching, unmatched-record investigation, credit issuance, vendor-discrepancy resolution, financial reporting, destruction-document review, and shipment exception handling. The role also supports data destruction, vendor management, shipping, logistics, and internal database maintenance while rotating through other ITAD operations. It requires 2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations, strong spreadsheet and English skills, and a flexible hybrid schedule with one onsite day and four remote days.
