Description
Primark is hiring an L&D Delivery Manager for its Italy market, reporting to the L&D Lead and working within the Leadership, Talent Development & Culture function. The role leads a team of learning professionals, develops and delivers learning solutions and events, partners with people and business teams, manages the market learning calendar and L&D budget, and oversees the learning management system. It requires at least five years of L&D experience, including three years in people management, fluent English, and strong facilitation and stakeholder skills. The position is permanent, based at the Milan head office, and pays €51,000–€60,000 gross per year over 14 months plus a bonus.
