Description
Datacom is hiring a Hardware Asset Manager to manage hardware asset management services for customers, including daily asset administration, CMDB and AMDB configuration management, hardware lifecycle logistics, policy and process documentation, audits, stakeholder coordination, request management, compliance monitoring, and risk escalation. The role requires ServiceNow experience, knowledge of hardware request and deployment processes, process improvement, audit participation, data analysis, and stakeholder management; Flexera One and licensing experience are advantageous. The office is in BGC Taguig with a hybrid schedule of twice weekly onsite work.
