Description
The Toro Company is hiring a People Manager for Analytics and Data Engineering to lead, coach, and develop Analytics Developers and Analytics Engineers across central enterprise and business-aligned spoke teams. The role owns people-management responsibilities, ensures delivery of analytics products and data assets, and provides technical oversight of dashboards, reports, semantic models, transformations, and data assets. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive analytics or data engineering experience, and at least three years of formal people-management experience. The position is based in Baner, Pune and follows a hybrid work schedule.
