Description
RaceTrac is hiring an ITOM/CMDB lead with strong ServiceNow experience to manage and improve enterprise CMDB and Discovery capabilities. The role involves leading onshore and offshore developers, overseeing design, development, testing, documentation, architecture input, and performance monitoring for ITOM and CMDB enhancements. The position also supports governance, change management, CI relationship strategy, and integration with ServiceNow Service Mapping, Discovery, Azure Cloud Discovery, and Agile practices.
