Description
ServiceNow is hiring an ITOM Solution Architect to design and lead technical delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM Health, event intelligence, service observability, and agentic automation. The role owns trustworthy operational data, integrates monitoring and telemetry systems, advises customers on operational maturity and business outcomes, and leads architecture, risk assessment, pre-sales scoping, and consultant development. Required qualifications include substantial ServiceNow ITOM delivery experience, CMDB and Discovery expertise, ITOM Visibility and Health knowledge, AI application judgment, infrastructure and cloud fluency, integration skills, and executive communication; required certifications include CIS-Data Foundations, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, and CIS-Event Management.
