Downer is hiring an experienced ITS Operations Manager for its Wellington team to lead Intelligent Transport Systems projects and contracts across the region. Reporting to the Wellington ITS Regional Manager, the role oversees operational performance, resource planning, commercial outcomes, team leadership, client and stakeholder relationships, and the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality projects. The position requires a tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in electrical, engineering, technology, or a related field, along with experience in infrastructure, electrical, transport technology, construction, or related industries, and strong leadership, commercial, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
