MCA is hiring an experienced ITS Technician to support its Voice (MSS) division in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The role involves verifying Intelligent Transportation Society systems, testing and repairing electronic equipment, safeguarding sensitive data, supporting technical business-unit research and training, communicating with TBU and contractor personnel, completing documentation, and obtaining required clearances and badges. The position requires at least one year of hands-on electronic equipment installation and technical servicing experience, statewide travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in varied weather and physical conditions. On-call critical-system maintenance may be required, with first-shift hours Monday through Friday and occasional second- or third-shift or weekend work.
