Federal Work Study ITS Work Study position at Sauk Valley Community College providing first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff. The role handles help desk tickets and support requests by phone, email, and in person, assists with hardware, software, network, lab/classroom, and printer issues, documents tickets and equipment problems, helps with basic setup and imaging, and provides one-on-one user training.
