Albemarle is hiring a hybrid ITSM Administrator/Developer in Bangalore, India, to configure, secure, and administer Freshservice workspaces and to design, test, and promote automations and integrations across IT and business functions. The role covers ITIL-aligned service-management processes, RBAC, platform health, dashboards, and integrations with Workday, AD/Entra, Device42, and other systems, while operating within a federated DEV-to-PROD governance model. Candidates need 4–7+ years of ITSM experience, including 2+ years with Freshservice, along with scripting, integration, and ITIL knowledge.
