Description
The ITSM Administrator will support and optimise an IT Service Management platform, build and maintain REST API, webhook, and automation integrations, develop dashboards and reports, enforce governance and security practices, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on ITSM enhancements, upgrades, and major releases. The role requires 2–3 years of IT Service Management experience, platform integration experience, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and automation, and is ideally based in Durban as an office-based role.
