Description
Travelport is hiring an ITSM Architect to design and evolve IT service management processes and ServiceNow solutions for its technology services. The role translates business and operational needs into workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and data structures; partners with ITSM, SRE, engineering, architecture, and service teams; and guides solutions from concept through implementation. Candidates should have at least 10 years of IT service management experience, including enterprise process or solution design, along with strong ITIL and ServiceNow ITSM expertise.
