Description
This individual contributor supports ITSM process implementation and maintenance by documenting requirements and acceptance criteria, preparing release notes and training materials, developing performance metrics, auditing processes and workflows, analyzing performance deviations, supporting users, and assisting with service-provider statements of work. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, plus at least three years of IT experience.
