Description
The ITSM Developer will join a newly established team in Stockholm to develop, configure, integrate, and technically manage an ITSM platform. The role translates business and process requirements into technical solutions, builds and improves incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management functionality, and collaborates with technical leads, product owners, architects, security functions, and external partners. The position is 100% scope, starts on 2026-10-12, ends on 2027-10-03 with an extension option, and requires a hybrid arrangement with 3–4 days on site.
