Description
The employer is seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to support the implementation of a new ITSM solution, manage and automate ITSM processes, and improve incident, change, service request, and configuration management. The role includes maintaining and improving the CMDB, reviewing data imports, and implementing process and interface optimizations. It requires senior-level experience with scripting and automation, API integration, ITIL and DevOps, ITSM tools, IT asset and configuration management, and IT project implementation, along with fluent German and English. A remote component of 20% to 40% may be agreed upon depending on the project status.
