Description
The ITSM Solution Architect will advise customers and market units on integrating their ITSM systems with DATAGROUP’s central ITSM suite, including Valuemation, service portals, webshops, and integration solutions. The role covers architecture and solution design, interface and connection strategies, service-process modeling, CMDB and automation concepts, transition and presales support, and participation in architecture governance. Candidates need a relevant degree, professional ITSM or service-integration experience, knowledge of major ITSM platforms, strong analytical and communication skills, and German at C1 and English at B2. The position is based at the Pliezhausen site, with mobile working available.
