Perpetual Wealth is hiring an ITSM Lead to support the growth and transformation of its newly established wealth management business. The role owns the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, metrics, documentation, scalable solutions, end-to-end delivery, and partner management, while serving as the technical point of contact for business and technology groups. It is a 12-month fixed-term position with an immediate start and hybrid work from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, or Brisbane, requiring a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification, ITIL certification preferred, a bachelor degree or similar preferred, and at least five years of ServiceNow application administration, configuration, and development experience.
