FlixTrain is hiring an IVU Expert to serve as the main interface between operational and workforce planning in the COO area. The role uses the IVU planning tool to develop location-specific staffing requirements, optimize timetables, services, and rolling-stock plans, model staffing scenarios, and support dispatching and recruiting decisions. The expert also trains internal and external users, develops the in-year construction module, and contributes to committee and BNetzA-related work. The position requires transport, logistics, or comparable training; experience in operational or workforce planning in passenger rail or freight transport; advanced IVU knowledge; strong analytical and communication skills; and fluent German. The role offers a hybrid working model and work-from-anywhere flexibility.
