Description
Spire is hiring an IVVQ Systems Engineer to lead the definition, planning, traceability, and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities for spacecraft missions. The role owns verification planning, maintains requirements-to-test traceability, leads Build Readiness Review activities, supports manufacturing and test teams, escalates technical issues during MAIT campaigns, and improves reusable verification standards and asset profiles. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, foundational verification and validation knowledge, familiarity with requirements or test management tools, and comfort working in lab, manufacturing, or test environments. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
