Description
BAE Systems is hiring an IWT Lead (Support) to lead, mentor, and manage an Integrated Work Team delivering subcontractor outputs for the Ship Repair team at Portsmouth Naval Base. The role is responsible for safety, quality, work acceptance, cost performance, resource planning, Control Account Management, scheduling, progress tracking, subcontractor performance, and delivery problem-solving. It is a full-time onsite position with hybrid and flexible working options, requires at least 12 months in the current role, and had a closing date of 2 October 2026.
