RMGS, Inc. is recruiting a senior J39 Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Planner in MacDill AFB, Florida, contingent upon contract award. The role advises commanders on the psychological effects of military actions, plans and synchronizes PSYOP and influence operations, conducts target audience and adversary analysis, develops concepts of operations and course of action, assesses influence effectiveness, and integrates PSYOP with other information forces. Required qualifications include a master’s or advanced degree in a specified discipline, Joint Professional Military Education Level II or an equivalent advanced education, at least five years of strategic and operational planning and analysis, at least three years of relevant experience, equivalent 10 years of special operations experience and education, and an active TS/SCI security clearance.
