Description
The Helper supports the Operator in continuous Jacket line manufacturing by preparing and loading reels, retrieving raw materials, storing completed reels, disposing of non-conforming products, monitoring wire and material levels, assisting with changeovers and wire breaks, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, previous manufacturing experience, the ability to work in a heavy industrial environment, lift and move reels weighing 150 pounds or more, and work continuous shifts or overtime as requested.
