FAR.AI is hiring a full-time Jailbreaking Lead to personally develop and escalate universal or near-universal jailbreaks against frontier closed- and open-weight models, chain attacks through defense-in-depth stacks, invent new attack classes, and set the technical standard for vulnerability severity and generality. The role also mentors ICs, shapes the jailbreaking research agenda, translates findings into mitigations with frontier labs and governments, and may include hiring and managing a jailbreaking team.
