The role manages Apple macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices through Jamf Pro, including enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, security controls, integrations, scripting, troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, and documentation. Candidates need enterprise Jamf Pro experience, Apple operating system and mobile device management knowledge, Apple Business Manager and device enrollment experience, Bash or Zsh scripting, REST API and authentication knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
