Description
Loomis is hiring an hourly Janitor for a Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. schedule. The role maintains buildings in clean and orderly condition through sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, restroom service, trash removal, window and glass cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor polishing, chemical and power-equipment use, and pest-prevention spraying. Applicants must be at least 21, have three to six months of related public-area cleaning experience or equivalent education and experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Knowledge of carpet-cleaning equipment, high-speed buffers, power-wash equipment, and marble polishing is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and light electrical, plumbing, or carpentry skills.
