Description
The Janitor will maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of RWB Thrift by cleaning and sanitizing sales floors, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces; emptying trash and recycling containers; and retrieving shopping carts or baskets from entrances or parking areas. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, customer and coworker interaction, and flexibility to work in a busy retail environment. A high school diploma or GED and prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience are preferred but not required.
