Description
The Custodian maintains company buildings and grounds by removing trash, cleaning restrooms, break areas, offices, floors, and other facilities, preparing cleaning solutions, maintaining custodial equipment, and operating maintenance equipment such as forklifts, scrubbers, sweepers, and lawn mowers. The role may assist maintenance technicians and follow safety and Rosenboom policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the position requires physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds and using ladders and steps.
