THE FORUM is hiring a full-time Housekeeping/Janitorial Associate to perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout a senior-living community. Responsibilities include removing major trash, maintaining equipment and supplies, attending training, following supervisor assignments, and communicating via approved radio equipment. The role requires the ability to understand and follow English instructions, communicate effectively, and hold a valid California driver's license; prior floor maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $21.50–$31.73 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
