ESFM is hiring full-time and part-time Janitors for its TIAA facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with cleaning experience required and a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Duties include heavy cleaning, floor and carpet care, surface sanitization, trash removal, equipment and furniture movement, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
