Description
The Facilities Technician I supports Vanguard EMS, Inc. by performing interior and exterior building maintenance and janitorial work, responding to facility requests, supporting physical moves and special events, maintaining ESD floor compliance, and providing supplies and deliveries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of facilities maintenance experience or equivalent, computer and basic math proficiency, self-management, availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call work, and the ability to work quickly during emergencies. Preferred qualifications include trade certifications and a good driving record.
